How do I apply to Rent?
- Once you have chosen the product/s you wish to rent, you can either apply online, contact us on 03 5335 8405 or call into our showroom at 190a Albert Street Sebastopol, Ballarat.
How can I make payments?
- You Can either pay by using Direct Debit or Centrepay.
What Can I Rent?
- Just about anything. Choose from our website or contact us for anything that you may want.
What Brands are available to rent?
- We stick with major brand names such as LG-Samsung-Kelvinator-Westinghouse and many others.
What if I move house?
- You must contact Ezi-Plan Furniture & Electrical to ensure we update our records.
What documents do I need to provide?
- You need to provide the following documents:
- Photo ID License, or Medicare card
- Names address and contact phone numbers of 2 friends.
- Names, address and contact phone numbers of 2 family members
- Bank details and CRN if using centrepay.
Do I need a deposit?
- No deposit is required
How much rental credit can I get?
- First time customers can rent up to $1000 worth of goods. Credit limits will increases from $1000 to a maxium of $2000
What if I have bad credit?
- Most people are usually accepted and can help to rebuild your credit rating. People with clearouts, bankruptcy and multiple defaults against their name may be declined at our discretion.
How long are the rental term?
- 12 months or less.
Can I extend the rental term?
- In certain circumstances some contracts can be extended.
When do I receive the rental goods?
- First time customers receive their goods once their first payment has been processed. Existing customers who have a good credit history with are able to have immediate delivery if stock doesn’t need to be ordered in.
What if I am no longer able to afford the payment?
- Give us a call and we will do our best to find a solution.
Can I rent short term?
- No, we do not do short term rentals.
What payment options are available?
- Payments can be made either through Centre-pay or Bill buddy(direct from your account)
I want to terminate my rental contract?
- That’s not a problem. We simple collect the goods and cancel your payments. No extra payments required.
Can I reduce the rental term early?
- Yes you can.
Can I make extra payments on the rental term?
- Yes you can. This is a great way to shorten the rental term and save some money.
What if I need to change or miss a payment?
- We understand that circumstances change. We can allow for payments to be reduced, however, this will result in a longer rental period.
